Hi there. My name is Danielle. I’m a wife, a mother, and a grandmother. I’m in my late 50s and married to my very tall husband, Bill. We’re both from Pittsburgh but have lived in Florida for the last few years.

Recently, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and take on new challenges. I want to try things that might be hard for me, like public speaking without stuttering, choosing a piece of fruit over a cookie, updating my hairstyle after 30 years, and starting a blog.

So what is Peace Love Smile about? Well...

I find joy in everyday adventures, but I won't be sharing stories of exotic travels or late-night escapades. Instead, I'll be focusing on what I know best: 1) My love of desserts, 2) The struggle to fit into a Size 6 (which hasn't worked yet, but I'm not giving up), 3) Dealing with uncomfortable bras, 4) Being a grandmother without looking like one, and 5) Taking on DIY projects from our never-ending list. I'll also share craft projects, favorite recipes, and storytelling and a little humor in my blog posts.
